The app of services of BMW Club Assistance will allow you to with a single click to apply for the service that you need easily and safely. Our central co-ordination allows us, with the highest technology, able to connect 24 hours a day and 365 days a year with all of Chile and the world.

In this first version of the app will have the following services for your vehicle:

- towing Service: this Includes rescue and towing of your vehicle, from the place of your emergency to the destination of your choice. the
- opening Service doors: If you lose or steal the keys of your vehicle, we will send specialized personnel in order to attempt the opening of the same without damage. the
Service - change of tire: Replace the tire unusable for the spare that you have on your vehicle. the
- Service fuel delivery: In case of running out of fuel, either petrol or diesel, we will arrange the delivery of 5 litres of fuel so that you can get to the service station closest to you. the
Service - bridge battery: If your car shows a fault battery, we will send the necessary help to repair the emergency, so that you can continue the journey.

in order To use the app, you need to register in the system indicating your RUN, your full name, mobile phone number and your email (optional). Then you will receive a SMS with the verification code that you will enter in the app to complete the registration process.

How to use the application? the
1. Choose the service you need. the
2. Expected that the app locate you automatically with your address using the GPS system of your mobile phone. In case you want to modify the address of the service, you'll be able to write the new address in the space designed. You can also write comments, or references to streets. the
3. After a few minutes an executive of the BMW Club Attendance you will be contacted to give more information about the requested service.
