This is the free version of Weather Daydream App. Weather daydrem is interactive screensaver that will be automatically launched when charging device is idle since android 4.2.

4. Automatically adjust layout when system 'Screen Rotation' is enabled

To use this daydream after installation, go to Settings -> My device -> Display -> Daydream, and choose 'Weather'. By clicking the 'settings' button next to it, you can customize the daydream as you like.
